Partnership Values....here's one I prepared earlier...
This one's for real. 15 years ago people signed it as part of the most innovative partnership deed ever produced......though I say so myself....ahem....
....so, which of these values have YOUR partners forgotten, and what about YOU.....?
The Partners each affirm that they subscribe to the following Partnership Values:
1.PARTNERSHIP AND PARTNERS
1.1 The interests of the partnership team and the firm shall rank ahead of our individual interests
1.2 We trust and respect all our Partners and expect each of them to act well for us. Correspondingly, we never take actions to impair that trust
1.3 We each have a personal career plan that will benefit the firm as a whole
2. PROFITS
2.1 We are in business to generate profits
2.2 The greatest contributors to the success of the firm will receive the greatest rewards over time
2.3 We reinvest profits where it is necessary for the wellbeing and future of the firm
3. CLIENTS
3.1 We will act for clients who serve the strategy and goals of the firm
3.2 We will always strive to ensure client satisfaction, commercially
4. PEOPLE
4.1 We commit to the highest degree of personal professionalism
4.2 We will recruit, delegate and coach diligently and well.
