is paused, animation suspended, but the views
are just as relevant as the day they were
written.
It isn�t selling you advice or even offering it. It�s advice about advice.
And I�ll add to it every
time I get out of bed of a morning with more
energy than sense and feeling a bit pi55ed off,
again, about advisers that expect the world to
come to them. These are the views of people who
get off their backsides and expect to work hard
for their clients and to be paid fairly for that.
It�s written from the
perspective of running and guiding firms of
advisers. Businesses who would, properly, want me
to distance them just a little bit from the less
housetrained comments.
When this was set up, it
was looking for consultancy work, and one day it
might be again. Today, it�s just because I think
there are better ways.
And that careers and lives are too short
to be shy about saying and doing things.
So if you like a little
Tabasco with your tomato juice, a cigarette with
your coffee, or a poke in the eye with your
refined professional sensibilities, I'm still open
for that
business.
